All,

Our new member, Professor Fereidoun Biglari, Director of the Center for Paleolithic Research of the National Museum of Iran, was kind enough to bring to our attention the following recent, short report which should be of interest to anyone interested in the present Iranian Palaeolithic scene:

Quote
Shidrang,Sonia. 2006. Warkaini: a new Palaeolithic site near Kermanshah in West-central Zagros, Iran. Antiquity 310 – Project Gallery.

Professor Biglari also reminded me of the excellent The Paleolithic Iran Bibliography site which can be accessed HERE. Note that – for the sake of archival consistency – reference to this important site will also be stored in the Links board.

Jacques and all:

Wow!  That is an *awesome* site!  And the information therein is much appreciated.  My heartfelt gratitude to both you and Professor Fereidoun Biglari.  Thank you all very much!
