The book by Peter Trickett was printed by Griffin Press,South Australia,2007.The author contends that the east and west coast of Australia was mapped by Portuguese mariners
ca 250 years before Captain Cook mapped the east coast of Australia. It is well researched and "some" of Trickett theories are not without merit.Others are conjectural, but within the bounds of possibility. It is a good read and is not a "grey" publication. He
provides enough data for each reader to make his or her decision on the merits of his theories.
