Here is some very preliminary info on what could be an important archaeological discovery from Western Australia. I am certainly looking forward to reading more about it, and we should all hope that whatever comes out will not be characterized by or suffer from Liang Buesque excesses.

Note that the following links (HERE and HERE) have been around for a few days.

Hi Jacques.

Do you happen to know of a few good online sources, with images, of Australian Paleolithic artifacts?

Thanks,

Charlie

Hi Charlie,

Unfortunately, no. Much of what I have on "Australian Paleolithic artifacts" happens to be from printed sources (books and/or articles). Perhaps an Australian Forum member could be of help and, if I find something, I'll pass it on.

Thanks, Don!

That's the largest amount of tools I've found documented on the Internet.

Looks like a core and flake tech.
