Hi everyone. I'm currently looking for a good, comprehensive and most importantly up-to-date book on Incan or pre-columbian South American archaeology. Just wondering if anyone here can recommend any books to me.

Thanks,

For a general survey of pre-Columbian South American archaeology, you might take a look at Karen Bruhns' _Ancient South America_ (Cambridge UP, Cambridge, 1996 -- that's about as up-to-date as it gets).

I found "pre-Columbian Art" by Ester Pasztory (Weidenfeld 1998) very interesting with some good illustrations. It doesn't claim to be comprehensive from the archaeological point of view, of course, but the author is professor of pre-columbian art and archeology at Columbia University and knows what she's talking about.
Cheers
