I have to say something about the first abstract.
The purest African pygmies have a reddish skin, and Capoids (including East African Capoids) have a yellowish coloured skin. As a result, since these populations were the first human groups to seperate (based on genetic evidence), bracketing suggests that dark skin is probably not present in the first moderns.
You may not have noticed this, but the ‘BOOKYARD’ is primarily used for the presentation of printed sources (i.e., references to articles, books, etc.)., and not for actual discussion of, or comments on actual content. So I would prefer if the latter were, whenever possible, posted under their appropriate Boards.
